Atlanta, Georgia - Initial phase of the project compromised a complete renovation of a 1950’s ranch in Buckhead that our team furnished all 9k square feet in eight weeks. The second phase involved a complete 2k square feet addition, where we architecturally design every detail and completely overhauled the landscape plan.

Atlanta, Georgia - New construction in the Morningside neighborhood, the design-build project allowed r.a.d. to reconfigure the floor plan and select all of the custom finishes and details. The crowning jewel is a full-length roof terrace with outdoor living space, lush landscaping and views over the tree tops to Buckhead.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Complete gut renovation of 1940’s bungalow with canal views for a single client who loves to entertain. In addition to our organic neutral interior palette, we overhauled the backyard with pool and outdoor kitchen.

Lakes of Bellevue
Nashville, Tennessee - New construction and full gut renovation for a multi-family developer from Florida. The r.a.d. Team conceptualized a ground-up office and amenity building on an old tennis court that was inspired by barns in Napa, California. Additionally an original building from the 1950’s was gutted and reconfigured into a fitness center with pool overlooking a pond and nature trails.

Franklin, Tennessee. Complete renovation for a mul7-family developer from Florida. The 1970’s brick office was completely revamped that highlighted the dramatic vaulted ceilings and finishes that honored the surrounding horse farms of Franklin Tennessee.
